WARM-UP
Warming up to get ready for X-Zone. Stretch, throw lightly, build intensity, focus mechanics, prepare mentally, breathe.
STRENGTH
Time to prove your strength! Team up with your partner, push your limits, and give it everything you’ve got. Full power, no holding back!
REFUEL
Refuel side, besides exercise you need to be well nourished. Our nutritionist specialist will make sure you stay hydrated.
CONCEPT
In the Concept zone, we test your endurance because, besides being strong, you also need to be fit. You and your buddy will be tested thoroughly.
RECOVERY
In addition to rest, we will also assess your physical condition and provide support through professionals. They ensure your safety and, above all, help you achieve your best performance.
ENERGY
In this zone, we’ll push your strength and endurance to the limit! Test the power of your engine against resistance and see how far you can go. This is where you can truly make a difference.

Does buying a ticket mean I am registered to compete?
Yes, if you bought a ticket, you are in!
What competition categories can I register for?
You can register in either the Regular or Expert category. Competitions are available for individuals or teams of two, with the following divisions: Male/Male (M/M), Female/Female (F/F), or Mixed (M/F).
Can I choose my own start time?
Yes! You and your partner can select any available heat time within your chosen category.
What time should I arrive on competition day?
We recommend arriving at least one hour before your scheduled heat start time to allow for check-in and warm-up.
What if I get injured before the event?
If you or your partner are injured before the event, you can substitute a replacement athlete up to five days before event day. Simply visit your Athlete Profile page and follow the instructions.
Can I wear lifting straps, gloves, or other equipment?
Allowed: Chalk, knee sleeves, lifting gloves, and lifting belts.
Not allowed: Lifting straps and lifting suits.
Do spectators need a ticket to watch?
Yes, all spectators require a ticket. You can purchase one here.
Can I volunteer or judge at an X Zone event?
