Ticket Sales

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions under which we sell event entries on the event registration website www.x-zonegames.com, allowing you to attend and participate in our X-zone competitions and events (X-zone Events).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for an X-zone Event on www.x-zonegames.com (Event website). By registering to participate in an X-zone Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unclear, please contact us via email at info@x-zonegames.com.

Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to register for an X-zone event.

TEAM CAPTAINS, PLEASE NOTE: As a team captain, you confirm that you are responsible for completing your team roster prior to the X-zone Event. You are not authorized to submit information on behalf of your teammates. Before competing, both you and your teammates must sign the participation waiver (Athlete Waiver and Medical Questionnaire) during the registration process.

Your status

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

How the contract is formed between you and Us and your right to cancel

During the registration process, as the buyer of the team, you will become the team captain. After registering your personal information and creating a team, you will make payment and submit your teammates’ information. Once you confirm your team and complete the payment, your teammates will receive an invitation to register their personal information individually for the event.

You will not be asked to submit Personal Data on behalf of anyone else. Each competitor must register their own personal information.

Each competitor must also sign Our Athlete Waiver and Medical Questionnaire during the registration process for participation in an X-zone Event. A team captain is not required to sign on behalf of their teammate(s).

After creating a team or making an individual payment, you will receive a receipt and confirmation email from us acknowledging receipt of your payment and registration. If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours of payment, please contact us at info@x-zonegames.com.

If you wish to withdraw from the event, you can transfer your place to someone else via your dashboard on www.x-zonegames.com up to 7 days before the event. Please note that the replacement person must meet the event’s participant criteria as per the selected category during registration.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred for commercial gain without consent from X-zone.

Availability, use, and pricing of Teams

You agree that any tickets purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or for any other trade purposes.

There are limited tickets and team categories available for each X-zone event and competition. Ticket availability may change at Our discretion. You are responsible for checking your details. Only athletes registered online before the event will be allowed to compete in the X-zone Event.

Spectators must purchase a spectator ticket from www.x-zonegames.com to gain entry. Visitors without a valid ticket will not be admitted to the Event.

Ownership of a ticket or any other X-zone event ticket or wristband does not confer any rights to use, alter, copy, or deal with any symbols, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property belonging to X-zone.

All prices are subject to change. Tickets are sold with the right to discount prices later. We reserve all rights in this regard. If entry prices are discounted, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference if you paid the full price for your entry.

X-zone Event Scheduling

Organizers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the Event, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond their control, without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.

Participant entries are subject to our right to alter or vary the published X-zone event program.

Published start and finish times at X-zone Events are estimates and subject to change. We are not liable for changes to published times.

It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the venue on time and to make arrangements in case the event starts early or runs late. We will not refund costs for travel or meet the costs of alternative travel arrangements or for any indirect loss due to an Event not running as advertised.

X-zone Event Cancellations, Postponements, and Material Alterations

In case of cancellation, postponement, or “Material Alteration” of the Event, you are entitled to a refund as per these terms and conditions. No refunds will be given if the cancellation occurs during the Event. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation, and subsistence arranged by you are at your own risk, and We are not liable for any loss or wasted expenditure.

A “Material Alteration” is a change that, in Our reasonable opinion, significantly alters the X-zone Event from what could reasonably be expected. Changes to times, workouts, number of workouts, workout durations, and workout locations (within reason) do not constitute a Material Alteration.

If Event dates are altered due to COVID-19, ticket holders will be offered alternative dates or events, or a full refund.

To claim a refund in case of cancellation, postponement, or Material Alteration, contact Us via email at info@x-zonegames.com. Refunds will be issued only to the person who registered online. COVID-19-related refunds will be processed within 7 working days; other refunds within 28 days of the cancellation, postponement, or Material Alteration.

It is your responsibility to check for Event cancellations, rescheduling, or Material Alterations. Information will be provided on Our site, social media channels, and/or at the venue as soon as reasonably practicable.

You are not entitled to any refunds except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions or at Our sole discretion.

X-zone Event: Access, Rules, and Refusal of Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or eject you or your team from the X-zone Event and may conduct security searches. We may refuse to sell an entry or spectator ticket for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Health and safety concerns.
  • Behavior likely to affect others’ enjoyment.
  • Threatening, abusive, or insulting behavior towards participants, staff, or organizers.
  • Suspected influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Refusal to sign Our Athlete Waiver and Medical Questionnaire.
  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
